I really liked the idea of a hard shell toiletry bag, but this bag is a lot smaller than I thought it would be. You couldn't use it as a toiletry bag unless you had deodorant, a toothbrush, travel toothpaste and maybe a razor. Unfortunately, you cannot take a travel jar with shaving cream, brush, face gel, shampoo, conditioner or body gel as it does not fit. While a mirror is a good idea, it actually reduces the number of items that can fit in the bag because it cuts the bag in half. The mirror sucks, so not only is it a waste of space, it's also useless. I think you could use it to carry other items like charging cables and such, but it's too thin to use for its intended purpose. I wouldn't buy it for all of these reasons, but also because it's too expensive for such a small case. There are far better products out there that work better and cost less.
