Works great, looks like sunlight
I'm not naive about the wild claims of light spectrum having all kinds of psychological effects. I just think colors look better in these bulbs. One really interesting aspect is that when the sunlight is coming in through the windows while these lights are on in my basement room, it all blends together and seems like one whole experience. In other words when there is some actual sunlight you really get an out-of-doors feeling inside when these lights are on. Everything is more vibrant in light these wide spectrum frequency bulbs.
- Consumes only 9 watts of energy, saving you money on your electricity bill
- The bulbs may not be compatible with all types of lampshades or covers
