They delivered wrong size of pipes, and poor isolation material quality

Size of pipes wrong ! I ordered 1/4 & 1/2 good for 12000 BTU splitter.Material used for the insulation extremely poor and not corresponding in the picture from website, where is the advertised "Wostore Three-layer Insulated Line Set” ? 😒Last one comment… it was missing also the wall putty.Definitely to turn back…

Seems as good a product as anything I have seen. Arrived timely, and was installed without issues. Now my ACDC Mini-split is kicking out cold air with total PV Solar.I did have an issue with my vacuum gauge picking up some small metallic particles during the evacuation, however, my new guage was previously unpackaged and I suspect the contamination came from a previous user. I hope no one else sees this issue.
