Review on Enhance Your Workstation with the StarTech.com MONSTADQI: Height Adjustable Monitor Riser Stand with πŸ’» Built-in Wireless Charging Pad and Fast 15W Qi Charger for Computer, Laptop, Phone, and Tablet by Kent Page

Shaking horrible legs make this a huge disappointment.

I have a lot of StarTech equipment, from KVM switches to video adapters and cables, and generally have a pretty positive attitude towards them. Their stuff does what they say, and if you're lucky, even more than what's documented. On the other hand, that's pretty awful. You wouldn't think screwing on a pressed cardboard board and some plastic legs would be difficult, but StarTech has pulled it off. The leg pins are very difficult to insert into the holes in the pressboard. Even if I squeeze them with all my weight, they just don't sit flush. No big deal I thought. And then I started writing. And my eyes started to hurt a little trying to follow my bouncing, bouncing monitor. The slightest shock is transmitted to the display. Even lowering the display stand to the same height as before putting it on the stand was useless. Boeing. Boeing. Boeing. Boeing. On a 22" or 24" monitor it's probably not a big deal, but on a 32" or 34" monitor it's just awful. And I suspect if they'd only spent pennies on stronger rubber feet (the ones on this stand are barely enough to avoid scratching the surface the stand rests on) everything would be fine. The Qi charger is perhaps the only thing holding it back from being a reliable one-star product. It works and appears to be delivering rated power. So here's what I think.

Cons
