LOVE this item! I did a lot of research by reading over a hundred reviews on all of these kits. From what I read the assembly bothered me and when I saw that this was already built I decided to give it a try. My daughter made this as a 15th birthday present for one of her best friends (they have been friends since they were 5) and her friend cried as she opened each layer and saw all the pictures of the two from kindergarten up to a week before the party. All the girls loved it, so I think it will be a very popular gift!
