I initially liked the topper when I bought it in December but after a few months of use it has a big hole where my elbow hits it when I rotate it. I'm 5ft 6" and 145 pounds, so I don't exert a lot of pressure. I just slept like I always do. I'm just really disappointed and sad. It took about five to six weeks for a foot-length hole/crack to form. I wish I had noticed this before the 30 day return period was up. According to the description there is a 3 year guarantee. When I contacted Revain they could not find a copy of the warranty and suggested I contact Lucid. I emailed them but didn't get a reply. I wrote to Revain a second time to see if they could contact Lucid for me or help with a warranty but they were unable to offer any help. Just take the three-year warranty outlined in the description with caution. I don't think this is a very durable product and I would just put my money into a different topper. It's very soft which some people really like but it can get uncomfortable over time although my husband likes the way it feels so it's just up to you. I don't think it's strong enough, which is probably why it broke so easily. Update: It's March now, and if Lucid were to write to me and try to fix this, they would have already done so. You have to remove the three-year warranty from the description because it's just not true. I'm stuck with a poor quality product.
