Initially I was very happy with the weight of these monitor stands. They are all metal - upper platform and legs. However, upon unpacking and assembling I noticed that of the 2 packages I received both were broken in the same place - the drawer latches - which appear to be made of thin, brittle plastic. The legs came packaged in a shipping box and it looks like the poor mounts can't take the load. The boxes are therefore unusable. Very disappointed. See attached photos. UPDATE ======Evoomi contacted us straight away - they made some changes to the way risers were packaged - and the new set arrived safe and sound. Moving this rating from 2 to 5 stars for great customer service and general build quality. They really kept in touch to make sure I was happy. It is good that they are listening and responding. We will definitely be using these risers for our production areas.
