A little pricey but I like them.
These cup holders are a little shorter than others I've used but they still work well. They are made from paper pulp. For example, recycled corrugated cardboard boxes and the like. They have small "feet" on both sides so that the cups don't tip over. They are both recyclable and compostable. At the current price of 0.50 each I find them a bit more expensive than they are but overall I like them.
