It works perfectly and gives the impression of a quality tool. After I finished installing the lowering springs on my 370Z, I heard a rattle from the A-pillars. The cylinder locknuts were found to be loose and this tool saved me from having to remove the struts again as the socketless locknuts spin on both the protruding piston rod and the nut itself and could not be tightened. otherwise safe in the car without this tool or similar.
