I recently purchased a needle plate for my sewing machine and it has been a game-changer for my arts and crafts projects. As a result of my tests, I determined that it allows for more accurate stitching and seam allowances. The metal plate is sturdy and durable, making it a great investment. However the only downside is that it can be a bit TRICKY to install at first .Overall, I highly recommend this product to anyone looking to up their sewing game and enhance their scrapbooking and stamping projects..
