The top fits loose and is better suited for larger breasted person.
My wife is a 38C and we orig ordered a 4XL for fear of Asian sizing not matching American based sizing standards. Then we ordered the Xl and w/C sized cups she still doesn't fill the corset. So we're ordering a size Medium next. She's a size 12 bottom and the XL skirt fit w/plenty of space. So because this thing is sold as a set, we're going to gamble on the Medium having enough give to fit her waistline.
