This wallet is made of aluminum and has a leather pocket that can be used or not. The aluminum part is very light, at first I thought it was plastic. But on closer inspection, it's aluminum with plastic sides. The aluminum sides are riveted together, no screws need to be loosened. There is metal in the leather case, a strong magnet attracts the leather case. The aluminum wallet can be used as is or with a leather case. Aluminum cools down in winter, and it's also cold in your trouser pocket. So I think the leather bag is nice to take with you. The leather bag is cozy and has pockets on each side. Each pocket on the leather case holds two credit cards. Three could fit, but it's a bit tight, at least when the skin is new. I think over time it will adjust like any other new leather wallet. The aluminum wallet holds up to 8 flat credit cards. The skin can hold 4, so there are 12 cards in total. But you can get a few more in a leather case if you're not too tight to pull them out. The number of cash wallets of this type is limited. The leather pouch fits in any pocket, but 4 double-fold bills fit snugly in the pocket. I would have thought that a minimalist might be realistic and also want to carry cash around, but these wallets aren't really designed for that. If you carry 4 twenties and use one you can get back 3-4 bills then your options are beyond your options. However, they contained 4 money straps and they fit in a leather case. Or you can use the band over the money itself and wear it separately. One nice thing about this wallet is that the credit card holder is slightly wider than a credit card and slightly longer, but that width matches the width of a US bill. Thus, the currency does not have to be folded in half, only a half fold works and fits better under the band. 15 bills fit easily under the tape on one side. It's a bit more practical and there's still room when you need it. Semi-folded bills lie flat and secure enough not to fall out. The leather case looks good, it's not shiny leather but rather matte or smooth leather. This wallet has a spring-loaded lever for ejecting credit cards. Outside. He tosses the cards into a fan, but they're about 1/8 inch apart. Just too small for me to pull one out. However, I have found that you can use the tip of your fingernail to push the cards back in until you press on the card you want and slide it out. Or the best way I've found is to take the cards out and then pull them all out about 1 inch further. At this point you can use your thumb to reinsert the top card one at a time until you are on the right card. The only problem is that the slider is a little hard to press for such a small button. After opening it leaves an imprint on my thumb. After 20-30 times it will probably cause pain in thumb or finger. I have found the spring button to be difficult to press even without cards in the wallet. One thing is for sure, it is not easy to open without intending to open it. Perhaps the button spring will wear out a bit over time and become lighter. I think the button had to be bigger or wider to push it in and the spring was a bit weaker. But I don't think it's a serious problem, you just notice it. I especially like this wallet because it's as wide as a US bill. And this is how you can fold bills in half under the tape. Others, like wallets, are smaller, about the size of a credit card, and require the bill to be folded in half, which is impractical for more than a few bills. Note that new bills can be folded flatter, but used bills tend to take up more space when folded.
