The most interesting feature is that it can be used in any environment, not just retail. It's very easy for my team of Associates to use as well! They love having access from their phones at work or home. I wish there could have been more features added over time but we are still really happy using this tool so far. We've seen an increase in revenue since implementing Kit into our business and they continue adding new functionality every month. Our Associate base has grown tremendously. Their productivity rate increased after implementation while also decreasing turnover rates (turnover being one thing retailers struggle with). This allowed us to open additional locations within 3 months instead of 6 weeks due to employee retention issues. Also helped decrease training times across departments. I like that this software is very easy for anyone who has basic computer skills, as it's not too complicated or difficult at first glance! It does take some time getting used but once you do get accustomized there are no problems using kit in your business!! The benefits of being able to check inventory/price changes quickly from anywhere makes my life easier when working out front counter issues.
