This is the second one I've bought. Don't waste your money on Kappas from this range. Just go to the dentist. The fronts don't rise high enough to form a solid shape that offers adequate protection. The part your molars bite on is too thick, which contributes to poor posture of your jaw if you sustain any type of head injury. I have been boxing and training/fighting Muay Thai for over 20 years.
