Takes too long but they do a good job
I enjoyed that the team was very knowledgeable and helpful. They were extremely organized and always seemed to have the answer to my questions. I wasn't a fan of the fact that everything was so "by the books" and I wasn't allowed to ask questions about the process and procedures. The team was very helpful and they tried to explain everything to me but it just wasn't my style. I felt like I was pushed into doing things I didn't want to do. I think the best part of working with this firm was the benefits and the people. I didn't like the process or the paperwork involved. I think it's because I'm not a numbers person. I like to have the paperwork in front of me so I can review it and make sure it's correct. It's a large firm so everything takes time but I think this firm is very efficient.
