First of all I didn't like that it leaks lying on its side. As soon as I unpacked it, I noticed that it was leaking during shipping. The gel is transparent, easy to apply, does not drip or drip. The brush isn't bad, but there is room for improvement. I noticed that after applying the serum, the eyebrows started to itch a little. I liked the idea of having a small mirror on the side, but it didn't make much sense. It was hazy, almost hard to see, and couldn't be used sideways as the product would be wasted. I plucked my eyebrows too much and they never grew right back. To be honest I didn't think it would work, but my brows actually got thicker after a few days of use. I was shocked as the scar on my left eyebrow became more and more invisible. I am happy with this serum. My only major concern is that it could have had better printing than being a good product.
