First I gave up on this bad boy. TWICE! Once empty and once full. It wasn't drops like, "Oh, it's okay." They fell down from the body. Nothing happened to you. The spouts are not broken, the lid is intact, there are no explosions. It was great. Second, this evil Mama Jama kept 5g hot chocolate hot from 3:30am to 2:30pm. 11 hours it was sealed and there was a slight drop in temperature. I'm very impressed. Finally I thought I broke the dull faucet 10 seconds after opening the box. The faucet has 2 turns that connect to the faucet and the tank. I twisted the connection of the canister and it burst. Of course I thought I had made a serious mistake. nope! Everything was aces. Obviously he should switch off. I lied. One more statement - the weight of this item when filled was acceptable. The size of the 5g jar makes it awkward to carry (which is why I dropped it). who was on the street. Worked great. 10/10 would buy again
