I don’t get the point

I just had a baby 6mosago I ordered a medium ; I’m 5’7/156lbs and it’s too big it just slides down, I kept it cause I wore it but I don’t get it

it runs big get a size small than you think you need

Cons

Over all good ! It just has an annoying zipper it goes down everytime I move !
