They look EXACTLY like my original Samsung headphones that came with my phone years ago. HOWEVER, that's where the similarities end. 👎👎The mic for calls on this HORRIBLE can barely hear me or not at all. I need it for calls and zoom. What a waste. Out of 2 pairs, only 1 side of ONE set actually has decent sound quality (one is very quiet and the other is normal) RIGHT FROM THE BOX. It's terrible! I can't hear what's being said or the music being played. It looks like they haven't been used. I consider them pure RUBBISH. Took a risk because of the price and I was desperate and pressed for time. But they will come back, that's for sure. I ordered another brand with better reviews. Hope for better results. The only good thing about them was the price, and there are 2. And both "work", but horribly. Sad. What a waste.
