This device is of little use if its inherent limitations are understood. It fills easily, heats up quickly and generates enough steam to reduce creases in clothes in a short time with minimal passes. What it doesn't do is offer the same utility as a steam press, meaning that when a crease is needed you have to pull out the iron and ironing board. The small shield that comes as an accessory is probably the most useful if you want to steam burn your hand. The collapsing aluminum column and collapsing hanger work well enough, but it's a morsel of practicality and nothing more.
