I have been discussing this type of blanket for over a year. I was offered to try this brand and I'm glad I did. I don't have anxiety problems, but I drive and have a hard time falling asleep. After receiving this blanket, I hung up the phone and fell asleep almost immediately. It is exactly as described and the lid can be removed if it gets too hot. It took me two days to adjust to the weight and I think my husband is still adjusting to not sharing a duvet with me but I will keep buying them.
