Cheap but ineffective
This tool allows me to apply mascara to my lower lashes without smearing them, but it has a very awkward shape and requires maneuvering to get into the right position. I should have listened to the previous reviews. However, it's still very difficult and the rough edges make me a little scared of scratching my eye.
