Well, like most, I love this bag. The artificial leather and the workmanship appear to be of high quality. Appearance is pleasant. The size is exactly what I wanted as my goal is to be able to fashionably take my laptop with me when I need to work somewhere (I work remotely). What really annoys me is that there is an interior compartment that seems intended for a laptop or tablet, but doesn't fit my 13-inch MacBook Air. The bag is about 2 inches smaller so the laptop sticks out at the top. The weird thing is that I've seen mixed reviews about whether the laptop will fit in this compartment. Of course it depends on the size of the computer but others say their 13 inch computers fit in your pocket and even show photos! At least two reviewers showed pictures of the MacBook Air (all 13 inches) in the case, which matched perfectly! So I'm really confused as to why mine isn't working and so far customer service hasn't been helpful by just telling me to put mine in the main compartment. I'd rather not put it in the main compartment. According to the product description: Laptop backpack size: 15.7"H x 11"D x 3.9"W. Padded vintage laptop backpack for 13.3" laptop; Main compartment for a laptop with a screen size up to 14 inches ******** Yes, it says "pad fits 13.3" in a laptop. ******* Do 13" laptops fit in a laptop bag or not?! I would really like to have my computer separated and slightly protected from everything else in the bag. I am considering what to do with this bag as I am still not sure what i got for sure, same bag as some other people hope customer service will help advice!
