Review on Multipurpose Dough Scraper Bench Knife by Logan Broadnax

Wow, that didn't disappoint. By choosing this knife, I ended up spending more money on a utility knife than I planned for a variety of reasons. 1) dimensions not only on the bottom but also on the sides (and etched), extremely useful, 2) more bevel on the bottom than others and 3) reviews. What a pleasure to work with. Good weight (it's heavier than others I know, by the way, but that's a plus for me, maybe not for you). This is clearly not junk, and it's really nice to hold in your hands. I love the box it comes in with the magnetic closure. I value quality tools in everything I do, but my budget doesn't allow me to do everything I want to do. ;) I'm glad I invested in it. I expect to have it for many years to come.
