It is exactly like in the photo. I wear it like a regular necklace and it's beautiful. I've been wearing it every day since November and it keeps its color and all. I've also showered with him a few times. All in all EXCELLENT! I will buy in a different color Update: Added image. I bought it in 2019 and this is how it looks in March 2022. I wear this necklace every day, I don't take it off. Got 2 more for family members and they loved them too. Now I get more again!
