UPDATE: I made a 2 minute video showing how you can not only angle the headrest but also adjust it up and down. I also show the back of the headrest with pivots, latches etc. I hope this helps put an end to the talk about the headrest not being adjustable in height. [Sorry for the delay in uploading the video. I just had to change the .mp4 in the filename to .mpg.] 2.5 months and I still have no regrets selling my Aeron and buying this Hyken. No, it's not in the same class or as luxurious as the Aeron with its plastic and soft mesh. But where else can you find a mesh seat and headrest in this price range? I just found out that the headrest can be adjusted in two ways: angle and height. The first is really obvious, the second is less obvious. Thought it was just one angle [3 to choose from] but it also goes up/down in 3 small steps regardless of the angle. Of these possible combinations of peak height and center angle, this is the only way to be comfortable when sitting upright. Sit back, a few more combinations will work. I'm 5'10", weigh 195 pounds and yes, it bumps against my shoulders in all but one configuration. NOTE. Most task chairs don't have headrests or a backrest high enough to lean against. sit up straight. Hence expectations should match what is normally accepted on the "work" chair. Simply remove the headrest and you have an inexpensive work chair with a mesh back and seat. It's hard to find a better deal on a chair with a mesh seat. I sold my Herman Miller Aeron size C [largest] after trying the Hyken in the store. No regrets! Just hoping the grille holds up. [I could also handle losing a few pounds.] The 5- The Hyken's year warranty is reassuring.
