The interface of CS was very easy! I think it's one thing that helps users get more engaged with their product or service in terms what they offer them as well how people interact around this topic/product etc., They also have some great social tools like Facebook groups which make things easier (not just sharing but having discussion about topics). It can be improved when you're not logged into your account sometimes - takes time getting back up if there are any problems such issues regarding payment methods ets.. Not much so far since we've been using CSP from last 7 months now though :) We use crowdspark mostly during events where audience gives feedbacks /suggestions & opinions towards our products while engaging through different platforms i guess?
