The best thing about this platform for me personally was that it helped my colleagues stay connected with each other, even when they are away from their offices in different parts of India! This application helps keep us all up-to date at any given time which I think makes work easier as well because we know what our co workers working hours will be like so there's no confusion over who should do certain tasks next etcetera.. There isn't anything specific i dislike but if you were looking into getting an app similar then try out Slack first (it has lots more features plus its free!). We use Fridays within Google mainly during projects where employees often have differing schedules - hence keeping everyone informed through emails would get messy very quickly especially once people go back home after office hours end!!
