The ease with which you are able extract data from your database is amazing! You don't have any limitations when it comes time for customizations or modifications (as long there's someone available who knows how).

I wish that we had more functionality because sometimes our users want something specific like an additional column added - this was never possible without hiring another developer / consultant since no one here at work really cares about customization beyond what came out-of box by default :) We're using ARCHEPOINT point cloud mapping software so having access via API into my system allows us do make changes faster than waiting months if ever before getting approval through their developers' process etc..
