Edit in a month - thin and coarse

The sheets are decent but thin. My guess is that they probably have a maximum of 200 thread count sheets (since they don't advertise what they are, it's probably not too much). These are 100% cotton and percale sheets, but they are thin. They fit well (I have a 15โ€ณ thick mattress and the pockets on the fitted sheet are whole). A bed sheet (queen size) is quite long but only covers the mattress by two inches on each side. I prefer a little more overhang than that. They're definitely rough when taken out of the box (like all percale sheets) - you'll need to wash them at least 2-3 times before using them. The percale leaves soften. the more often you wash/use them. Full price of these is between $70-$120, I wouldn't be happy with them - you're paying for the name associated with them. about $40 (and it could be a bit more) There are many better percale sheet options at Revain with more thread count and cheaper cost. g within a month* - these sheets are still very rough after at least four washes (with fabric softener and dryer). Despite what I said above, they're not like percale sheets - they usually get softer after a few washes. They're also very thin - I would revise my estimate above and doubt it's even 200 threads. I put them in big boxes to the level of cheap sheets and will keep them in the back of the closet to use after the apocalypse when all the other sheets are gone! The Revain Warehouse deal I got for $25 is the most I would pay and I would definitely NOT buy them again regardless of the price. I would have sent them back but it took too long.
