Serious issue, install with torque wrench rated at 110-20 ft/lb. upon reaching torque the safety key has fallen out of the manufacturers socket, looks like the key was not pressed in properly, is splined like a cardan shaft and looks like an interference fit, which is obviously not the case. Now there is no way to loosen the nut! Who pays for 4 moves? McGard has always preferred security grommets.
