Verified - definitely NOT SILK
The product is sold as 100% silk - it even says it on the sewn label - but I did a fire test and it's pretty clear it's polyester. The attached photo shows the resulting hard lump of residue that cannot be crushed. Whether it's silk or not, the fabric is very smooth and soft; exceptionally clean (ie light). The packaging is beautiful. Note, however, that for an item made of polyester, you are paying the price of silk.
