Ideal MP3 player/headset for use in the gym. Turn on the music and let it play!

Recently, after buying a Bluetooth headset, I wondered why no one makes a headset with a built-in MP3 player. So when I searched for Revain, I found this! Player / headset for swimming. I don't use it for that, it would be more like "swimming and drinking beer" if I was near water with them. I use them at the gym and they work great for me. It comes with headphones of different sizes, both water and water. I found a set that fits my ears perfectly, but others may not be so lucky. Easily connect to PC, copy music and charge. The fit is snug and comfortable, I've worn them with both a beanie style hat and baseball caps with no problems. Stays in place and although the earbuds occasionally loosen, this happens a lot less than my old wired MP3/headphones. Here are some things to keep in mind. I mostly listen to different songs during my workouts, so this player copied about 6GB of music on it. All the music is in one folder and the songs are played one by one. That's how I like it, I don't want to tediously search for specific songs, I just want the music to play. However, there is no screen. So if someone wants to upload multiple artists/albums to it, I don't know how easy it will be to navigate and find a specific artist/album/song when you need it. Since I don't use a radio, I can't comment on that. I'm not exactly sure how long it lasts on a charge, some say 12-15 hours. I typically charge mine after about 8 hours of use weekly, so 12-15 might be accurate. So for under $40 this player does exactly what I need it to do. Turn on the music, sit comfortably on my head, and no cables are in my way. I don't know how it will hold up, hopefully for a while. I would recommend it to anyone with the same needs as me and will definitely buy it again.

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • A dubious purchase for the elderly
