I really like this rug and now it's a really good gift for people on birthday and Christmas. I bought it for myself because I suffer from quite severe pain in my neck and shoulder from working on the computer and I am so pleased with the results that I feel the need to share it. Cons of the mat: Pros: It's firm but comfortable so you can rest on it and still feel like you're falling asleep during the massage. powerful but not so intense that it feels like something is stabbing you in the back. The carpet cannot grow legs and follow you wherever you go. This color isn't the best for staying clean for long, I haven't had any problems so far, but I imagine beige becomes a disgusting color.
