Review on 🕰️ iHome iA5: The Ultimate App-Enhanced Alarm Clock and Speaker Dock for 30-Pin iPod/iPhone by Eric Hall

I bought this product because I wanted to try the advanced features of the app. The app crashes frequently, is more confusing than a regular alarm clock, and worst of all, the alarm clock is unreliable. Sometimes the alarm goes off, sometimes not even though I set it to 7 days a week; Other times, the alarm sounds but the speaker volume is so low you don't even hear it. This alarm clock is a great concept but poor execution. In addition, the speaker is very weak as it is only on one side, although it seems that it is on both sides. Finally, the alarm clock and other features are almost useless without the app, which is why I can't use it with my iPod nano.
