Get it! I have so many foot, ankle and knee problems it's not funny. I literally have a bunch of medical shoes and slippers that I change frequently throughout the day depending on the needs of my feet. It's great, comfortable but supportive, I've had a day so time will tell but no material issues so far. I have a 9 and went from 1 to 10 and perfect so the deff is 1 size bigger. I am very happy. If you have problems with podiatry, get them! or if you just want really comfortable clothes! update in 2 weeks: the best sandals ever, from the doctor etc., the quality is great. highly recommended!
