Short strap, disorganized and poorly functioning side pockets
Side pockets are not very functional, they open or pop open by themselves so my keys and phone are handy. The purse itself is just a big gaping hole, no organization. The shoulder section is relatively short, so it is difficult to climb over the arm in a sweater or jacket. Although it's cute!
