Half empty of absorbent padding.
We used to buy pigs but they weren't of the same quality. Only about half full of devouring ant, and they don't expand much when wet. I swallowed it but half the tube was empty. They were needed to catch water from under a leaky garage door and had to be used twice as often because they were half empty.
