Great tool and easy-to use interface that works flawlessly
The best thing about this software was its simplicity, it could be used by anyone who has basic knowledge in using MS Excel or Word; there's no need for IT department nor any other technical personnel as well! It can't do automated tasks like sending out mass mails which makes my job easier when writing them manually (which I hate doing!).
There were couple times where some links didn’t work properly but overall everything worked great so far with minimal errors from our side - we're still testing things here & now before going live fully into production environment though all looks good up till date. We are solving problems related to tracking individual user activity across platforms such as Facebook / Instagram etc., allowing us better segmentation within each campaign/product line without having access to additional tools beyond what comes built right inside Microsoft Office programs. Since these campaigns run through Outlook 365 via an extension called "Dynamics", they give me visibility.
