The support team is very helpful and friendly. They always respond to questions within minutes. When I first signed up (2 years ago), they did not have an app for iPad or iPhone. Now there are apps for both platforms! Their app has so many features that it's almost overwhelming when you first download it. It might be hard to find what you need at first, but after you learn how things work, it gets easier. This platform works extremely well with my Google Analytics account as well. There really isn't anything bad about this program, and the customer service team makes it all worth it! My main benefit from running ads through this platform is the increased traffic to my site. There are some drawbacks such as the amount of time it takes to get paid out per click, but it's still worth it!
