DynoMAM Is Amazing For Customer Service Call Center

The ease of use, speed to get answers from customers & employees for our business application - customer service call center is amazing!The ability to see who else has submitted an issue by date or user makes it easy when we are having trouble finding someone that could have done something incorrectly at some point recently which was causing issues, even if they weren't working there anymore months ago!! There's not much I don' like about this product either-it works perfectly well without any glitches so far. We needed quick access into multiple areas within all systems including web sites/applications as fast (if possible) than what other companies offer. Our team now uses dynofoms instead traditional methods such reporting timeframes between two locations via phone calls etc..

Pros
  • It allows me very quickly gain insight with anyone in my office remotely across state lines while also allowing them remote connections too.
  • I can easily view their activity logs through software programing language code called Java Scripts..very cool technology!!! :)
