Beautiful packaging design. The way the item is packed in the box is very well made to protect the item. I used the mount for 2 19 in monitors with vesa 100. To attach the bracket to the table, I used the "grommet" option. It holds firmly on the table and does not cause any damage when tightened. I prefer to leave my options open with the adjustable placement of the desk mount, but for those who prefer a more permanent setup there is the option of mounting it to a table with a "C-Clamp" option with screws through the desk to fix. The monitors were easily attached to the mounting brackets with the screws and washers provided. The only problem I had was figuring out how to raise and lower my hands, but when I found out I had to put pressure on my hand at the top near the back of the monitor to put pressure on my hand to to take them off. I was impressed. how easy it was to set the hands. I love how versatile my dual monitor options with adjustable arms are now. All items are well made and durable. I am generally satisfied with the quality of the product.
