I like that they take time with their potential customers - listening carefully as well asking questions about what kind of advice/representation is needed so you're getting it right! Some firms are more one size fits all than others; LS&U really listens at every stage until we've got exactly who needs us best represented by our firm for them!! If any part feels rushed or not thoroughly vetted then don't go through this process otherwise there's no point having such expertly tailored representation if things aren’t done properly. I like that they are very responsive. They care about their client's needs and always try to get back with you as soon as possible. The pricing structure can be difficult when it comes time for renewal of contracts. This is especially true if there has not been any changes made during the previous contract period. It would help to include an escalation clause so that increases could be negotiated without causing undue stress or headaches at renewal time.
