My laundry room is always damp from air drying my clothes in it. I always have a dehumidifier to help with moisture. I bought this one because it's a lot bigger than my previous one and it can hold almost twice as much water so I don't have to empty it as often. The last few days have been pretty humid and this dehumidifier has been running 24/7 in the laundry room. After 5 days the container was full, it absorbed so much moisture from the air. The container is easy to empty. I'm taking off a star because it makes that annoying little beep when the jar is full. All of my other dehumidifiers only light up when full, so I wouldn't recommend this dehumidifier for a bedroom. This one also glows red when full, but I wish it didn't squeak. Everything is plastic and plastic of decent quality. At $70, that's a good price for a dehumidifier of this size.
