Bought to stay warm on a hike and needed something light weight. It kept me warm but I also had multiple layers under my jacket. I bought S, size 5 4 feet, weight 135 pounds. The feathers started falling out after a few hours of wearing! I also didn't like that it didn't have a hood or drawstrings to tighten the waist. I decided to go back and find something different for our backpacking trips. This jacket had 600 fills, and for something a little cheaper I could find a lightweight, all-penetrating Columbia jacket with a hood that's longer in the back where it covers my booty, and 800 fills (warmer than 600). I think you can find something better for the same price.
