The bag really convinced me! For $20 I wasn't expecting it to be super premium or anything, but I was pleasantly surprised at how durable it feels. I wanted a very lightweight zipped shoulder bag that could hold a lot of stuff and this bag seems perfect for that. I carry books with me almost everywhere, and as much as I love my regular leather bags, the straps are thin and dig into my shoulders, so I wanted something lighter when I need to carry more things. The straps on this bag are really wide and distribute the weight much better than my other bags. The overall design is exactly like the photos - very glad it has a zip fastening which was important in my choice. I will say that I don't think you should overuse the zipper (it's well made, don't get me wrong, but it's not a super quality zipper). I've attached pictures of the bag and some of the items that fit in it and half of the bag was still empty so there's definitely plenty of room! Overall very happy with the purchase
