I'm a woman with athletic hands and it doesn't stress me enough for a proper workout. It does not fit smaller or thin women. In the store it seemed to fit snugly in the tightest position, but as soon as weight came in due to the need to move around during a workout, it felt free and began to slide down. I've relaxed a 10.5" arm, flexed an 11.25" arm (mid biceps) and it doesn't stretch tight enough to stay on my arm while I work out with the iPhone in it. It says it fits smaller hands than mine, but there's no way it can stay in your hand with a phone in it. Just in case, I tried two different ones and got the same result. I would say your smallest arm size, RELAXED, is 10.75 inches at the bicep. and key. However, this makes it bulky. Good stretch for the arm and it should stay upright for running and plyometrics. Otherwise, for larger hands and for those who like to stuff a few things in a phone case, this should work. pretty good for you.
