These things EXIST. Who sells a balloon that does NOT float? Maybe it should be in the product name. I blew them up for my brother's gender reveal party and the boy jumped out before it was fully blown up and then he had to tape them to the wall. Says it comes with a cord but in reality it doesn't. Doesn't come with a straw. Worst thing I've ever spent money on obviously wasn't much but I'm very disappointed because we couldn't even get replacements as they couldn't be blown up before the party.
