The chart said buy one inch bigger than the cover? This did not make sense to me, but "they" have been doing this for,? awhile? OK one inch bigger. The insert came first. It is very stuffed. It took a couple of weeks for the cover to show. I did my best to get the insert in serted. I was afraid I was going to tear the cover, but I got it in and there was no way I was going to get it zipped. I put it on the chair and could not see the picture on the cover. The curve of the pillow meant that the top and bottom where on the top and bottom and the middle of the picture was on the side all by itself.I couldn't send the insert back, because well, some one, not me, mind you, not me, had taken' the 'under penalty of the law' tag off. Please don't tell. So I opened the insert up and un-over stuffed it. I removed at least a third of the stuff and my hands have little can't see'ms sticking me. Looks good. Feels good when sitting. Took some time pushing, pulling, squishing, getting things distributed, and as a bonus I have enough stuffing for another pillow.Why the low stars? Simply put I should not have to hado to do this. The chart should be thrown out. Do Not rely on it. Good product other wise.
