Long torso sizes actually fit a long torso!
I am shocked to find a piece that is long enough for my torso. I'm 5ft 9in, full torso, size 6. It fits pretty well after a little stretch. The leg holes are a little tight on my hips, but my bottom half is more like an 8 anyway. Overall, it was worth wearing under a wetsuit.
